Our primary reason for having our carpet cleaned was to get rid of the urine smell due to having senior dogs and puppy accidents. I was very disappointed that the cleaning did not reduce the pet odor at all and even seemed to make it worse by adding a chemical smell. I should have inquired about the cleaning method before booking because we really needed a deep steam clean to thoroughly remove the pet smells. I feel like we totally wasted $200.
