Cleaner was late. He then cleaned area rug but not the carpet underneath. He also did not feel like cleaning the steps.

Aubrey got our carpet so clean. I didn’t think it was possible to get my carpet as clean as they are now. I will use Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning again.

The carpets looked very good after the service. The technician was cordial and explained things to me well.
I was told that the carpets would take an hour to dry, but several areas were still damp in the morning (my service took place in the early afternoon the previous day).
