They don’t deserve the one star. I had booked an appointment for 8am today. I got up at 6am and vacuumed the whole house and moved any small items. At 8:30am when no one had showed up - I called. I was advised someone would call me back in 15 minutes. You guessed it - 30 minutes later, I call again. Turns out this is just a call center and they can’t reach the owners or the technician.
The lady on the phone was very nice but couldn’t do anything soI asked to speak to a manager. WOW! She acted like I was bothering her. She didn’t care, wasn’t going to do anything to help the situation. I asked if I would hear from anyone once the local owner was reached and she said, I doubt it.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AS A CUSTOMER OR A FRANCHISE OWNER!

The technician who came showed up on time, but didn't perform all the cleaning that was requested. He didn't do an entire set of stairs, and the stains he said he could remove were not removed, but made more noticeable, and the bill was significantly higher than what was agreed. I tried contacting the manager/owner, but they never returned my call. I am out almost $600 for a mediocre job for a house I moved out of.

They gave a quote for 1500 Sqft carpet area, when they came to the house they changed the quote or else they will do certain areas. I said ok , She didn’t do good job.
Receptionist lady is not polite while i’m asking why they are changing prices .
It was really a bad experience.

About two weeks ago, I had oxy fresh come in and do the stairs as I’ve had them do for the last many months, the stairs are are not clean. I will now have to hire somebody else to come in and steam clean them. Very frustrating and disappointing.
