We like the cleanliness of our carpets, couch and chair post visit. The odor was not offensive at all. Our technician, Noelle, was absolutely great! Sweet, efficient and personable. When she and Corey came to look at the job, I was TRULY impressed with their honesty about what items should not be cleaned because of fabric type. Honesty means a lot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for future needs.
