I would give zero stars if I was able to. We paid for 5 rooms to have the carpets cleaned. The tech showed up in a personal vehicle and regular clothes, with someone sitting in the car waiting. Typically professional service companies like this show up with some kind of official shirt at a minimum. He was there a total of 30 minutes, to do FIVE ROOMS. Nothing looks any better than before. The owner tried to get him to do a return trip, which I do not want. I simply wanted my money back and they won't even do that. From the fact he pulled one thing out of the car to clean this, he probably didn't have what he needed. I've asked to speak to the owner, yet to receive a call from them.

Our experience was top drawer! The availability before the holidays, their concern with giving me the best price possible, along with their thoroughness of setting expectations. Our carpet professional was exceptional—timely, personable, very pleasant to work with!!! They are my go-to choice going forward. I highly recommend!

It is extremely difficult to have a good experience with a company when they call at 8:47 am to confirm the appointment for 1pm on the morning of the service and then don’t show up. No courtesy call to advise of a delay, won’t be able to make it, perhaps reschedule... nothing, no contact.
I on the other hand called the phone # which contacted me at 8:47 am on the day of the appointment when the technician was at that point 3 hours late to find out what the delay might be ( left voicemail) received no response back
So, the day after receiving no service from this company which was going to clean my sectional sofa during the COVID-19 pandemic ... I give a big fat ZERO “F” ... would not recommend to family, friends.. or even my worst enemy or ex- husband or cheating boyfriend if I had one.
Extremely poor customer experience... thinking of posting my response to FACEBOOK .
