TERRIBLE JOB! MY CARPET STILL LOOKS THE SAME. SPOTS STILL THERE AND I TIPPED VERY WELL THINKING AFTER IT DRIED AND I RAN THE VACUUM IT WOULD LOOK MUCH BETTER BUT NO! THE CARPET WAS DRY IN 2 HOURS SO IT WASN'T SCRUBBED WELL AT ALL! I HAD TO CANCEL MY FAMILY COMING FOR MY BIRTHDAY BECAUSE I WAS ASHAMED OF HOW THE CARPET LOOKED. DO YOU NOT STEAM CLEAN WITH A WAND? The owner, Bryan, arrived promptly at designated time. He cleaned an area rug and two bedrooms, one which was badly soiled and I did not have high hopes that the cleaning would produce positive results. I was WRONG! The cleaning produced a clean carpet that almost looked brand new! I cannot recommend OxyFresh enough. Will use the company in the years to come. LW. - Weyers Cave, VA - 05/10/2023
