I liked having an accurate estimate for the carpet and sectional cleaning, the availability of dates and times, and the excellent results. The best part was there was no attempt to upswell additional cleaning services.

I live at 4500 N. 37th Place in Arlington VA and ordered and received a confirmation for carpet cleaning this past Saturday at 9AM.
Timothy was supposed to do the cleaning and never showed up. Moreover, no one answered at the 877 number to tell me what happened.
Meanwhile my home is a mess because I did all the furniture moving and vacuuming as I was told to do.
I expect an email to tell me what happened and a cleaning, as ordered at the next available opportunity. I will only take a weekday cleaning so I can contact someone if the tech person does not show up!
