First, our technician was professional and polite. He did the best he could. We have wool rugs and they were dirty and the cleaning we expected and hoped for was not achieved. When people are making appointments you should ask them what kind of rugs they have so you can decided what the best type of cleaning might be - even if it is not your product. The other darker rugs and our chairs were fine. It was the lighter rugs where the stains did not come out -- Again, the technician was professional and answered all our questions. He was very polite.
