When the technician came to our home, he did not have shoe coverings. He also gave us a demo, and there was no difference to the carpet. We also were advised that there would be no deep cleaning with your services. We ended up not going through with the service at the appointment.

Oxi Fresh did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets. Jose Cabrero went above and beyond by giving me updates on his work at the house, offering reasonable pricing, and doing a stunning job with the carpets. Even my tile hallway was cleaned in the process! I was very impressed and would highly recommend Oxi Fresh to others.
