I was supposed to have a re-clean today at 10 am. The person never showed up. I was told that Oxi Clean never had the appointment scheduled, which is odd since they emailed the appointment to me. The owner was supposed to call me back, but apparently she doesn’t care if she loses a longtime customer. I’m allegedly scheduled for a reclean on Monday. Hopefully Oxi Clean shows up this time. Rooms were left with dirt on them. Had a “re-clean” scheduled for the next day. Person who was supposed to show up was 45 minutes late with no call. I’ve used this company for years. It’s a shame that they have gone downhill so quickly. Anon. - Alexandria, VA - 09/09/2023
