Terrible chemical residue left in my carpet even after vacuuming which cause me to have a severe respiratory reaction. Had to reclean the carpets myself and the water I was pulling out of the cleaner was absolutely disgusting which meant the carpet was filthy and clearly not cleaned. I had to go over it three times.
Called the company and left three messages about wanting to speak with a manager regarding a refund as the job was obviously not done right. Never got a call back. I’m considering contacting the state health department as there was clearly something dangerous used on my carpet.
