Mark, your employee who actually cleaned my carpet was awesome! He was prompt and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the result. Problem: by this morning it was apparent the several of the really dirty traffic areas looked the same as they did before he cleaned. I know it is possible for these to be cleaned ( perhaps with a different type of cleaner) because I have used Chem Dry previously and the carpet looked like new in those areas. So, I was disappointed, but maybe your product just isn't sufficient for carpet. Hats off to Mark though, he definitely cared to do a great job.
