Technician was prompt, conscientious, and polite. Service was great and will use again. The improvement relates to offering more options for sanitizing agents or odor killing agents that have a lower odor themselves. Second, after 24 hours, it smells like the odor we were attempting to get rid of has come back. We'll see in a day or two and if so we'll call in the 7 day guarantee window to have Mark come back by.
