The carpet looks no better than before the cleaning. Even the smallest spots are still there.
A small rug in the bath was not even moved for cleansing. The carpet remained WET in some areas overnight before drying and still appears PILLED rather than smooth and cleaned.
Patrick was on time and very personable but was here almost 3 hours and spent only about 30 minutes actual cleaning time. The price I was quoted for a cleaning ($137.00) kept escalating IF we wanted it CLEAN and when presented with the bill it asked for a TIP! Total bill was $206.16 with Tax and tip Which I have paid. I had to JUMP StART his car before he could leave after another hour or so..
No, this is not an experience I would recommend to anyone.

You refuse to come out to do estimates so I bought the package for the number of rooms I have.
When your cleaner showed up an hour and a half late, he said the had to do all sorts of other stuff to clean our carpet. So we budgeted for $160 and ended up paying close to $1000!!!!
No one had told me my pets couldn’t be here. He said on the phone just “put them in your garage” we don’t have a garage, we have a barn. So I had to find some place to board them
He said it would dry in 3 hours, he left at 1:00 and our carpet at 7:00 is was still WET and it’s is still damp in some areas THE NEXT DAY!!

Great work. Got some really nasty stains out of our carpet. The price went up a bit, but the work got done and that’s all I care about.

Having used other carpet cleaners in the past (including doing it myself), I was very interested in a cleaning method that used very little water...found it! The dry time was kept to a minimum. I love the fact that no overpowering scents were used. Patrick was a joy to work with- he was very prompt and no bulky equipment was brought into the house.

Sketchy payment system. Salesman doesn’t accept a check. Not comfortable with giving a random dude card info to plug into their personal cell phone.
If you had something like square payment system it would make your client feel 100% better and safer.
Was quoted a reasonable amount and the salesman turned it into $200 more than the original quote.
Service was good but paying the business was extremely hard.

YOUR TECH PATRICK HALON WAS THE BEST EVER!! HE EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS IN DEPTH INCLUDING HOW THE BLUE LIGHT WAS USED AND ALL THE CHEMICALS USED. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, WELL GROOMED, WAS VERY KNOWLEGEABLE ABOUT HIS COMPANY AND FRIENDLY. I LOVE THE FACT THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO DRAG LONG HOSES AND USE WATER ON MY CARPETS. THEY DRIED QUICKLY AND LOOK REFRESHED AND BRAND NEW. I WILL DEFINITELY USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN, YEARLY AS PATRICK SUGGESTED AND RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. BRAVO TO PATRICK FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!

He was very nice, but the price I was quoted online versus what I ended up paying was double. The stains that I needed addressed were very much still there. I know not all can be removed, but I paid more to have the carpets cleaned than my deposit at the apartment and they will likely still make me replace them so I’m not sure that this was worth my money. I’m not mad, just giving my feedback.
