Extremely unprofessional technicians and unreliable service! After having our appointment scheduled for 4 days, my wife and I spent over an hour moving furniture and adjusting our schedule to accommodate Oxi-Fresh Carpet Cleaning. About an hour before our appointment, "Alex" called us to state that a previous job was going to take longer than previously planned and we would have to be pushed back an hour. Although not ideal, we agreed to keep the appointment as we were already prepared, and we understand things can happen. Then about 90 minutes later, "Alex" called back to state that now their machine broke down, and he suggested cancelling the service for today. When I explained to Alex that this was very disappointing as we have our house moved all around and changed other appointments to accommodate them, I could hear him or another employee laughing in the background.
