I like the quick drying and no smell of chemicals. The guy who came out was good; however, the company neglected to tell me he would call ahead of time to confirm. I happened to be getting a massage when the call came in and because I did not respond, he skipped me and went on to the next customer. I was upset about that. Company owner should have made me aware that this was going to happen. My scheduled time was 2:30 and the guy did not get here till around 3:50 which was an inconvenient for me. I had to call him back and insist he come out the same day as I had everything moved around. The company should have informed me of this procedure of skipping me if I did not answer technician's call. If I had not seen that someone tried calling me on my cell phone at 3:00 and called that number back, I would have been stood up I guess. I am hoping management will credit my account back some money for this inconvenience as I was waiting here at my home since 1:30. No message was left on my cell phone. I just happened to see the call later. I did respond to the text from the company the same day stating I would be here. NA. - Texarkana, TX - 07/21/2024
