We’ve used Oxi Fresh in the past and family and friend have as well. Our experience has always been wonderful. Our carpet is old and we know it won’t look like new but the cleanings in past y’all made it look like it was brand new especially in the high traffic areas. This time around the cleaning looked uneven and just not clean. The WOW factor wasn’t there like it usually is. Also the most pressing issue aside from the carpet not looking so great was that in certain areas the carpet was really wet; while in other areas it dried completely. For the wet spots we had to rent a machine to extract the remaining moisture out, which was surprising with the amount that we removed ourselves from those certain areas. It was bit disappointing that after extracting the water and giving it a go on our own with the rented machine the carpet looked a lot cleaner than when the Oxi clean technician did it. The technician was very punctual, even arrived a bit early, and worked fast. But just this time around service wasn’t 100 percent like it usually is. We understand mistakes happen, and this could be an isolated incident, but we do look forward working with y’all again in the future.

Spot treatment is needed for some stains. I would say 75% were removed but 25% remained. The cushions do smell better, however, some prominent stains still exist.

My carpet is old, well walked including several pets and their accidents But all one hasta do is call Oxi Fresh and in less than 3 hours I had all the unsightly stains vanished and the carpet was appealing to the eye. And believe me this is carpet from 1996. I have had fun walking on clean carpet that has been raised and like new,
