Michael and Lane were very accommodative to my crazy schedule. Everyone in this company treats you with respect and professionalism. I have used them 3 times and will continue doing so as the need arises.

my technician "Lane" didn't show up. When I called the office, they said he waited in the driveway for 30 minutes when he tried to text me. My phone was on silent. So - he left. didn't even knock on the door. All the windows in my house were open that day. Both my husband and I were home. My Dogs would of heard the vehicle.....they hear "everything" and alert us.
the Office said "they don't know what happened". I do - he didn't show up. They offered no other explanation or offer to reschedule. With all their great review - I'd never even attempt to use them ..

I have used OxiFresh for several years now. I have my carpets done every six months and each and every time they have come into my home they have been very friendly and very professional. They do a fantastic job with the carpets. I am always very pleased.
