Water stains are left on my couch & not very well cleaned. Service took almost 8 hours, for almost 3 rooms and 2 couches. Did not leave a fresh sent in carpet. It just smelled wet.

My carpet looked very dirty after the cleaning. No stains or spots were removed. Very disappointing. Had to have another service come in and clean carpets after your technician left….

Great service, professional and on time. I have 3 boys so I have very high traffic areas coming from my front door. After I got my carpet clean with Oxi Fresh my carpet looks and smells great.I definitely will use this service again.
