Literally don’t even believe this is a legitimate company. The reviews have to be fake. I call to set an appointment for today at 7:00am and it’s 12:30pm and THE TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED. I had my furniture moved out of two rooms. I called 4 times and all I get is “we will send the tech a message”. I find it hard to believe a company with 5 stars on every review wouldn’t be able to get in touch with their technician. They called to confirm my appointment days ago and even sent texts. And today I get up at 5 am on my ONLY off day to move furniture for carpet cleaning and I never heard from anyone. The “call center” employees are literally no help.

I had two (2) appointments set for cleaning and the technician never showed up to the appointment. I called the main number to inquire when my technician would be coming to my house, but the owner’s voice mail was FULL and would not accept any more messages. This is no way to run a business!

Did not show up on the day I was told when I called they said it was set for 2025. Even so the lady was going to check with owner and I never heard back. I am trying to find someone else right now
