Tech was a little late but I appreciate that he called to advise of his late arrival. He was efficient and was able to finish the cleaning in a short time. However, I did not appreciate the fact that he said “technicians prefer cash tips so we don’t have to pay taxes on it.” I completely understand this sentiment as I’m in the service industry as well, mentioning something like that is somewhat rude. Jacob based out of New Braunfels was INCREDIBLE. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and a hard, hard worker. The quality of the clean was not only well explained, but beautifully executed as well, for a more than fair price. Our office could not be happier with the results on this commercial job. I had fresh feces in one of the rooms that I had treated but not scrubbed. It smeared it so now it’s a huge stain. ???? Not sure you have equipment for a deep clean. Jacob the OxiFresh technician was a professional from the start of my first experience with the company. He was going to be late so approximately an hour before my appointment time he communicated this info. to me. Jacob explained the whole process to me and then began a two hour process of cleaning my carpet. The final product looked, and smelled terrific.
