The agent that came over, and did a great job, however, it was just a different process than what we are used to. The next day it all ooked the same as the room that wasn’t done.
Next month we are scheduled to go with a company that uses more traditional weather than chemical sprays. Nice idea You guys have though

Services were Great! Very prompt in travel time to get here from the time the technician called and said he was in route. Carpet looks great. Technician was very knowledgeable in explaining the different options they offer and outcome in which my carpet would look if I was to choose the stain remover they have.
