The technician texted me and said he would be arriving one hour and forty minutes late due to an accident in College Station which is about 96 miles from Houston and one hour and forty minutes to Houston. He damaged my soda with his buffing machine leaving black marks: between the side arm and the cushion on the right side; on the back bottom of the sofa; behind the headrest on the left; and along the edges 9n the left side. The job was halted and I escorted him out of my apartment complex. I should not be expected to make any payments. He called his manager after I accused him of damaging the side section, but would not allow me to speak with him. I took extensive notes after he left due to his behavior and accusing me about making false statements about the damages on the edges and that I was hovering over him. I was observing him working on my property and asking questions, which was my right. I was looking forward to getting my sofa cleaned (which was pretty clean, according to the technician). The communication updates through text messages from the company before the appointment were very professional and kind.

We were recommended to get the odor blaster due to having a dog and him using it on the carpet. While the carpet was drying all we could smell was the shampoo and perfume the tech sprayed down but after the carpet dried and the perfume smell went away all we could smell was pee. He did successfully get the stains out of our rug though
