He did a good job, however, I did not appreciate the “shaming” that came from the tech. He seemed bothered that the carpets were dirty and told us we needed to spot treat more regularly. We were already aware they were dirty, that’s why we we scheduled to have the carpets cleaned.

I was very pleased with both the carpet and the upholstery cleaning. Gage did excellent work and took his time to talk to me and discuss what he was going to do. This carpet cleaning produced the best result I have experienced. I definitely plan to use Oxi Fresh again.
