Ray was very professional! I walked him around the house so that he could see the rooms/condition of the carpets, he assured me he would get the job done in no time! That’s exactly what he did! I was highly satisfied! Thanks again Ray.

Ryan was very courteus and professional and listened to my specific concerns about my area rugs. He placed plastic sheeting under them because I have laminate floors. So far the dog urine order has dimished significantly and I expect complete neutralization by tomorrow. Oxi Fresh prices are affordable and my carpets are clean and smell good. Great job! I'll be a repeat customer. Thanks.

I am personally never home when you guys come; however when I do come home the rugs are great and they dries pretty quickly. You guys do a great job.
