This is the fourth time I've had OxiFresh out to clean my rugs and carpet. They are fast, respond quickly and do a great job, even with my cat and dog odors.

I chose your company because of the advertisement of “95% less water used than traditional steam cleaning” and “ one hour drying time”. Neither of these is accurate. When the service people finished, they told me everything would dry BY THE FOLLOWING DAY???!!?? Unacceptable. They do not follow the proper procedure to extract the water- my sofa and carpet were more than damp- i would describe as wet. Absolutely disappointed and I feel like this company is a scam. Will not recommend and would like a full refund.

Easy to schedule, fast and effective. I had multiple pet staines, from urine to poop and vomit and they all came off.
