The service and communication was excellent. The guy that came out was helpful, prompt and friendly.
The problem is that the strong pet odor still exists in one spot of my home office.
Is it possible to treat the small area again, without a fee? I specifically paid for two rooms, so plenty of time would be spent in the one room I had cleaned.
I appreciate your help.

They did a wonderful job. Sneed was the gentlemen who did the service, he was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. He did a great job and I am more than pleased. We thought we might have to replace the carpet but he turned out just like new. Thank you
