I tried calling and left a voice mail to discuss the results of my drug cleaning but no one called me back. My rugs STINK like wet dog after the service. So much so I had to put the rugs outside and reclean my floors myself. It made my whole house smell bad. I need a redo or a refund. This is not what I was expecting from a professional cleaning service.
