Now, I'm not going to take the time to climb onto my roof with a bullhorn in my hand to shout out the well-deserved praises of Mr. William Tang to the startled people within the hearing range of my voice. Suffice to say, William "Will" is indeed the mortal enemy of dirty carpets and stubborn stains. Him and his Oxi Fresh treatment did a darn good job of cleaning the dirtied areas of my carpeted home. Now let me be clear. I have a large, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, but I didn't contract with Oxi Fresh to have my entire house cleaned. Just a walkway, my living room, my master bedroom and the adjacent walk-in closet. And to repeat, "Will" did indeed do a darn good job. The difference between what those soiled areas of my carpet were before and after Will got through was a nice surprise for my eyes to observe. I had no complaints, Will and Oxi Fresh made me a Happy Camper!

I was stood up. He was a no show. I lost a day's pay because I took off work in anticipation of getting my carpet cleaned. I'm devastated
