Our Tech, Daniel, was very professional and did an awesome job on our carpets. The price was very reasonable for our huge living room and Daniel took the time to thoroughly clean all the weird grooves that we have in our carpeting. We have a sunken living room with raised ledges. Although many of the stains were very old and came with the house, it was a wool carpet worth taking care of for the time being. We are very pleased with the work.
