My daughter booked OxiFresh to come and do 3 rooms of carpet for our home based on the online reviews! Six hours later our carpet which is only 4 years old is still damp and the traffic and stain areas look almost the same! Tracking Footprints and water stains were left on the tile throughout the house. I called and informed the company that my carpet was still wet after 3 hours. There only response was to let the windows up. So disappointing!!! I will not recommend or refer this company to anyone. EH. - Cypress, TX - 09/22/2021
