The technician left some stains behind in one the rooms, he couldn’t charge my card properly so he was going to get his friend to process the charge. “Very unprofessional.”
He rescheduled me twice in a day.
He overcharged me for an extra stain to be removed, and didn’t tell me he would charge extra prior to cleaning.

Christopher showed up on time but his equipment didn’t work properly. He called Raheem to come over to take over the job a half way into cleaning one of our velvet chairs. Because the solution was left ion the fabric without properly worked on, the fabric dried out and crusted it up by the time Raheem showed up a few hours later. He tried to buff it up, but it did more damage to the fabric than anything else. I initially had signed up for two exact same chairs to be cleaned but asked him not to work on the second chair because of the damage that Christopher/Raheem had done to the first chair. Raheem told me that once the fabric is dried out, it should go back to the normal state. It did not. It feels rough and bumpy to the touch still. My chair was damaged. Not happy at all!
Raheem also worked on another chair. He did an OK job but didn’t work on the entire chair. He was not thorough and also messy spilling the solution everywhere on the floor. He didn’t bring and use any rug or tarp to protect the floor. I had to lay down a sheet of big cardboard myself. I was not thrilled about it at all. What surprised me more was that Raheem told me that he was the area manager for Katy. His work didn’t strike me as a manager quality job. If you would like to get more details about it, you can call me. I am not happy to give out any negative reviews but feel strongly that you should know about what happened at my house this week.

My 1st time using your service, referred by my daughter who has used your service for over 7 years in Katy, Texas. I saw the results of your cleaning at her home and was amazed at the results. The Tech was prompt, courteous and professional. I love the results!!! Will be using you guys again.
