I am so pleased with their service. We are getting ready to put our home on the market and as I was cleaning the bedrooms I realized we had dog pee in several areas. Oxi Fresh of Burleson offered their solution to our problem and was able to get me in the next morning. I came home to a house that smelt wonderful, not like a wet carpet smell. And two days later, my bedroom carpets look great, the stains are all gone and so are the animal smells. Our technician even told us if the smell comes back to give him a call and he'd come back and do it again. WOW. I am truly impressed with the whole company and I highly recommend them. Everything looked ok at first glance, but once the tech left and we looked closer, there were a lot of spots that were very blatantly lazy. Like did not clean behind open doors, into corners, between furniture and wall despite plenty of space…. We did not expect him to move large furniture but things like a small table or chair that had obviously been bumped into and crooked could have been straightened out instead of cleaning around it. We went with your company because the price was better than some of the bigger names, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also, we paid additional for odor treatment, but the carpets smelled even worse for several days after the cleaning. AC. - Burleson, TX - 05/28/2024
