Had our Crate and Barrel sectional cleaned in October. My husband was not impressed with the work the gentleman provided and to make matters worse the sectional had a terrible odor after cleaning was completed. I contacted Oxiclean and provided feedback about this issue. They offered to come back out to "take care of odor." This repeat cleaning did absolutely nothing. Our sectional smelled terrible!!!! We have since cleaned our couch again ourselves and cannot get this odor out. Our sectional is basically RUINED! I reached again to express my frustration and ask for a refund. I felt like it was the least they could do. They again offered to reclean it and stated "we do not do refunds." I explained that I had no interest in having them come back a third time. They replied that the individual who previously cleaned the couch is no longer with them and that the technician manager would do the redo and "could" help with the smell. I am just flabbergasted that this is the response to a customer who came to them politely with this issue and asked for them to make it right. We now have to live with this smell on our very expensive sectional or purchase a new one. It is beyond frustrating and disappointing. I would highly recommend using a different company for any upholstery cleaning needs.

Outstanding results. Extremely happy with pet stains that were removed.
