It just did not work out for me. Carpet looks the same, some stains were not cleaned. I appreciate the owner coming by and inspect the issue, but nothing was done about it, just a long explanation about carpets. The pictures on the website do not represent what I was hoping for. My carpet is way cleaner that those shown on the before/after pics, nonetheless the carpet looks the same. Check reviews on yelp and other sites. I'll try some other company in the future. Patrick was super nice, knowledgeable and friendly, but the job took much longer than it should have due to socializing and up selling. I booked the basic cleaning for $138 and Patrick persuaded me to get the stain treatment and odor destroyer due to pets in the house. The total cost was $403. He told me it would take less than an hour to do the work but he was there for 2.5 hours. Given that, he did say that he put extra product on, which may have accounted for a few extra minutes. However, even the up-sells and extra product still didn’t completely destroy the odor. The carpet did dry quickly, though, which was a positive. EI. - Bedford, TX - 12/20/2021
