Arletta, is my hero! She was very informative, personable and friendly. I had a bad today and she came in with a happy attitude and made my day so much better! I’m so grateful that she came out. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!

I had Arletta clean my carpet today and she did an awesome job. I had some pretty bad stains and she got them out. She was very nice. I would recommend her.

First of all the quote I got on the telephone was not what I was charged for what I needed done even though I was told the regular cleaning would remove most stains. When the technician arrived I was told I needed to pay for spot treatment for each room which was $35 and a sanitizing/deordorizing treatment for each room. So after adding another $158 more I’m still left with stains in my living area. The hall was charged as a separate room.
The best thing was the Technician who was kind and respectful. But my living room looks the same, like it wasn’t cleaned at all. I’m not impressed with the oxiclean carpet cleaning method and have had a much better cleaning experience with steam carpet cleaning.
When questioning the Tech about what I was told over the phone when making the appointment about spot treatment, which I was told was $35, and that I probably wouldn’t need it, the tech said, the people maning the phone don’t have any idea what is needed in the field and don’t know what their talking about. Should have been a signal to me to send them on their way but I had prepared so much for the cleaning I just couldn’t do it. After moving all the furniture myself and vacuuming the entire house to be cleaned I just decided to pay the extra and would’ve been happy if the living room looked better, but the few spots I had in there are still there. Really disappointed.
