The entire visit was great! The technician was thorough and friendly. Finished in the time that was estimated and didn’t try to upsell me, he stuck to the quote and provided factual information on how to continue to care for my carpet. My carpets are so soft and clean and all by using green friendly product. My pups are happy too!! Thank you! Donna
