What i like about your products and servies is the professionalism and sincere care and concern for your customers. Your service is great with communication and is quick and efficient. One of my border collies suffered from a stroke and consequently had a few accidents on the carpet. Parick, your representative, worked specially hard on these areas and they looked amazingly well when he was finished. Our schedule is to have the carpets done twice a year which is easy to remember because of time change. OxiFresh is an easy and forever our carpet cleaning company of choice.

Our service tech, Patrick, did a great job of cleaning an old carpet in a home with a large live-in dog. All of the pet stains are gone and the carpet is soft and plushy again. I was amazed at how little time it took to complete the job. The final cost was a bit more than I expected but when considering the amount of work it took to do a good job, it was certainly worth the cost.
