My carpets took over 24 hours to dry. All my carpets are crunchy and just disgusting. I can't get the manager to call me. I am having 35 people at my house for Christmas and my house is in chaos because I can't move the stuff back into the rooms. I want a refund so I can have someone else come clean my carpets ASAP.
