Fist off, Christian went above & beyond to make sure he did a thorough job & was very helpful! I’m very happy with how clean the wall to wall carpets turned out; not so much with the large area rug. Also, Im hoping the kind of stiff, residual feel of the carpets will get better with time as I vacuum them. I really want to be 100% satisfied. Overall the carpet looks clean but doesn’t feel good on my bare feet.???? I’m hoping that will get better. NR. - Nolensville, TN - 05/17/2022
