We are renting, and the landlord refused to replace the carpets before we moved it, they used a rented shampooer, but the pee smell was overwhelming. Soo gross! Chris was amazing, he hooked us up! The full meal deal was on the spendy side, but oh my goodness this man performed a miracle! I can breathe in here now, Chris was kind and courteous , very professional and gave me all the options available up front, with prices and his recommendation. I was surprised at how fast he was done and it was instantly acceptable to move in. I would definitely recommend oxi fresh for any carpet cleaning needs!

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about his services. He kept us posted on his arrival time and showed up right on time. He explained his cleaning process in detail and did a great job on our carpets. We highly recommend your services!

Honestly, Chris was fantastic from start to end. He did a very thorough job and his work ethic is excellent. He made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving, and asked all the questions to be sure my needs were met. Detail oriented and tidy.
I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'll be recommending him to everyone I know!
