Service and tech were great. And rooms were left looking clean. I just didn't like that it wasn't extracted with water just scrubbed and crystallized

The response was very timely to our placing of the order. Todd was courteous and knowledgeable about their cleaning products. He was also honest and did not attempt to upsell products that were not needed. We had red dirt stains on our carpet and Todd was upfront and said we would try one room and see if we were satisfied with the results before moving on. Needless to say their cleaning products did the job and we were very satisfied with the results.
