Have a machine that can get into smaller spaces. Also, there were soaked areas of carpet near the door ways that took a very long time to dry compared to the other areas. As if the machine dripped water when it stopped at a door way.

He was very quick and professional. And wasn't bothered that we did have crowded hallways he had to navigate to get to the rooms.

Had a 9am appt. . Got a 10am call saying running late. Finally arrived at 1pm.
I don't consider this good service. She did do a good job though.
