My initial appointment was rescheduled the night prior to the appointment due to illness of the technician which was fine. However no one showed up on the date/time that we agreed upon for rescheduling. I called him two times the day of the appointment leaving messages, with no response. I’ve since reached out to the company and was told they would email the owner and I should give it 24-48 hours. It’s been a little over 24 hours but have yet to hear anything.

Was extremely satisfied with the service and the wonderful people that cleaned our carpet !! I would recommend this company and would definitely have come to our new home when we would need carpets cleaned!

Looks clean and smells clean. Both men were courteous and was only about 20 minutes late and I was called and told me they would be a little late. I have told several people how good you all are.
