Emergency visit! emergency, I have to tell you my dog, who is a great dane, peed on my bed last night, which is completely out of the ordinary!! I called Dan from oxi Fresh, and he was over in less than 30 minutes. I don't even know what to say. Ibwas almost about to cry ! This man saved my 4000$ dollar mattress!! Talk about responding to an emergency with expediency!! He had a full day that was jam packed, and he came early before any of his appointments and fit me in right away. There is a reason I continue to use this service, and I will never use anyone else at all. They are the greatest and this was the first time I needed them to respond to an emergency, and not only did he pick up the phone on the first ring he Also came to my house within thirty minutes.It was unbelievable.
I've never seen anything like this from a company!! Talk about exceptional!! Not to mention you would think someone would gauge you with it being an emergency.Instead, his prices were incredibly reasonable, and he even gave me a great rate! Lov them!!

Not only is the owner of the company extremely personal and comes out himself. To make sure that the job is done exactly as you hope it would be, but He is extremely personable and fabulous at what he does. This company answers the phone when you call and a real human answers the call. On top of that, my carpet was extremely stained from dog residue and they had the opportunity to charge me more and did not take the chance to do that. I really respect a company that does not gouge their customers, and instead, it chooses to charge them less when they can. I have hired them Three times already and would recommend hiring them again to anyone.
