The technician was polite. He worked very hard on our rug. The product used was great. As soon as I read it was oxi I knew my rug would get clean. I was told if we were not happy with the results to call and they would come back. I did call because two sections were not right. They came back the same day I called at no charge. My rug looks just like the day it was installed. Beautiful.
I was going to buy a new rug for my bedroom, now I will have them clean it. I like my rug plus it would be so much cheaper than getting A new rug. The price was so good.

Very efficient and detail oriented. I had a challenging job for them cleaning the wall to wall in a rental property with stained and matted-down carpet and they did a great job bringing it back to life and removing the odor and stains.
Would highly recommend.

The technician did a fabulous job! We had some stains that he got out. He worked hard for over three hours. I would highly recommend this company and especially our technician.
