The service technician was extremely kind and professional. We were scheduled for a Wednesday. The company requested to reschedule to the following day. Then again to Friday. We have three little kids so it was extremely inconvenient to have all our furniture moved. We live in a newly built home where there is just naturally an increased amount of mud and dirt. So we decided it was time we get our floors cleaned well. The process to book online was super easy. Unfortunately, we saw no difference in the floor cleanliness or color. It basically looked like they just sprayed the floors with a squirt bottle and then rubbed it in. My husband ended up renting a biased from the grocery store and cleaned the floors himself. It made all the difference and we got the result we were looking for. The website for oxi fresh definitely false advertises on stain removal.
