How We Clean
When Oxi Fresh comes to clean, we use a simple five-step process that helps us ensure that nothing is missed. We deliver the same excellent results every time we clean.
Step 1: To start with, we will tour the area, checking over the floor. We are looking for the areas that are more heavily soiled, planning our cleaning, and checking for damage. We will keep you informed on what we find, and what you can expect.
Step 2: Vacuuming the floor is done now, to remove debris and grit that could become abrasive during the cleaning process.
Step 3: We’ll then use our OF2000 hardwood-floor-cleaning machine to administer our pretreatment solution to the floor. This enzyme-powered solution will start breaking down grime, dirt, and oils while the OF2000 agitates the surface of the floor to dislodge and extract any stubborn grime.
Step 4: Next, we use the OF2000 to apply our core cleaning solution to the entire floor.
Step 5: This is an optional step, but one we highly recommend in order for your hardwood floor to be taken care of properly. We can apply our Oxi Floor Refinisher which helps to protect the floor with a semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating.
