I love that the products get the stains and smells out so thoroughly. They are able to get stains out that carpet steaming never could. Also, with pets in the house the enzymes more thoroughly destroy whatever causes the stain preventing recurrent accidents in the same place. The men that came to clean were friendly and professional.
