Technician was originally supposed to clean my carpet on March 4. He showed up for an hour and then said he had to leave because he was going to be late for his next appointment. He came back at 9 AM on March 6. Around 2 PM he said that he was running late for his next appointment and that he wouldn’t have time to dry my carpet. I was upset and didn’t realize how drenched the carpets were. He then texted me because he forgot to take before and after photos. I told him he could come back to take photos. If he would at least dry the carpet. He came back and took his photos and then he only left the drying fans on for 20 minutes. The carpets are still soaking wet to the point that I’m very concerned about mildew. For $200 the smell should be gone and it’s not. My dad paid way less than that at another company, but I went with you guys because I thought you would be less toxic. I regret my decision. My dad spent way less money and he said his carpets looked way better and don’t still smell so therefore, I would not recommend this company to anybody. My carpets had a few small stains that I was specifically wanting to try to get out. None of them even look like anything was done to them.
